Navigating Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
The process of real estate and business transactions can be troublesome. By identifying potential environmental issues before signing on the dotted line we can alleviate future headaches and liability that might occur post ownership. Metric has performed thousands of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for its clients. This comprehensive first step is meant to protect future landowners from potential environmental liability.
In this webinar, Joe Brodowski, Metric’s Assessment and Remediation Practice Lead, breaks down the critical stages of ESA’s to help attendees understand and navigate through the sometimes “mucky waters” of identifying risks, regulatory approvals, and sustainability actions.
Joseph Brodowski, LPG, CESCO, has more than 19 years of experience with investigation/remediation at all levels of projects that include AAI Compliant Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Further Site Investigations and the development of cleanup strategies. He has completed numerous Phase I/II ESAs throughout Indiana, has managed ten LUST sites in Indiana, and completed numerous Pilot Studies on private sector projects.
